1. Destinations

We currently ship to the countries and regions enabled at checkout. If your destination cannot be selected, contact us before ordering.

2. Shipping rates

For supported destinations in the current Shopify shipping profile, Standard Shipping is US$11.99 and Expedited Shipping is US$23.99. The available method and final amount shown at checkout control for the order. Rates may change when carrier costs, destination coverage or order conditions change.

3. Processing and delivery

In-stock orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment and configuration checks. Standard transit is typically 5–12 business days after dispatch; expedited transit is typically 3–7 business days where available. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

4. Duties and taxes

Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, import duties, taxes, customs charges and brokerage fees are the recipient's responsibility.

5. Address accuracy

Provide a complete, accurate address and contact details. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins.

6. Tracking, loss and damage

Tracking is provided when available. If tracking shows an exception, a parcel is damaged, or delivery has not occurred within a reasonable period after the estimate, email support@lest.com with the order number.

Voltage, plug type and compliance requirements are destination-specific. Order only the configuration intended for the destination of use.
