These Terms govern access to the LEST online store and purchases from LEST LIMITED. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
1. Product and store information
We aim to present accurate descriptions, specifications, compatibility, images, prices and availability. Displays and manufacturing updates may cause minor differences. We may correct errors or withdraw an offer before acceptance.
2. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Automated acknowledgement is not necessarily acceptance. We may reject or cancel for payment failure, suspected fraud, listing error, inventory shortage, shipping restriction, regulatory concern or other legitimate reason. Amounts taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.
3. Prices, payment and tax
The currency, shipping charges, discounts, duties and taxes shown at checkout control for the order. Payment providers may apply their own terms.
4. Shipping and returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Mandatory statutory rights take priority.
5. Safe product use
Steam cleaners generate heat and pressure. Read the supplied manual, warnings, electrical requirements, surface-care instructions and accessory guidance. Use compatible components and keep hot steam away from people, animals, electrical hazards and unsuitable materials.
6. Prohibited use and intellectual property
You may not violate law, infringe rights, transmit malicious code, interfere with security, harvest data without authorisation, impersonate others or conduct fraudulent transactions. The LEST name, logos, original content and store design are owned by or licensed to LEST LIMITED.
7. Third-party services
Payment providers, carriers, analytics providers and linked services operate under their own terms and privacy notices.
8. Liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excludes mandatory product guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence.
